Workshop Policies
These policies are in accordance with RID CMP expectations. Please read them carefully.

Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, we offer 100% refunds up to 48 hours before the event begins. We offer 50% refunds 24-48 hours before the event begins. We do not offer refunds after 24 hours prior to the event. Please send all refund requests to support@mockingbirdinterpreting.com.

Anti-discrimination Policy
The workshop presenters are committed to providing all of their participants with a learning environment free from discrimination and harassment. We do not discriminate against or allow harassment of any participant based on their race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression, ancestry, pregnancy, or any other basis.

Instructional Language
The instructional language of the workshop will be determined by best pedagological practices for the topic being presented. If the language of instruction is English, please request accommodations at least 7 days in advance. If the instructional language is ASL, there will be no English interpretation.

The connection information will be sent to the email listed in your registration the day before the workshop.

CEUs
We process our CEUs through Texas Society of Interpreters for the Deaf. TSID is an approved RID CMP sponsor for Continuing Education Activities. Please see the advertising materials for specific CEU amounts and types.
